It is our goal at to provide the best possible service to our clients and to inform them of what they need as much as possible. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to set some general rules.


We commit ourselves to implement all the knowledge that we provide you with the best service, and we expect you to do the same. Hypnosis depends largely on you, so please make sure to follow the instructions provided to you by the hypnotist to the letter, and you will get great results. If this does not happen, for example, because you have trouble letting go, then we will stop immediately, and you will only pay for the first session.

Duration of the Session

The prices are per session, not per hour. Most sessions take 60 to 90 minutes.


Payment is made on the spot, after the session. There is no payment terminal available at some of our clinics, so please make sure to bring enough cash to cover the cost of your session. You’ll get additional info about payment information within the confirmation e-mail.

Rescheduling an appointment

If you change your appointment at least 48 hours before undertaking the session, then it will be free of charge. When you move an appointment within 48 hours before that appointment, it is treated as a cancellation. This is because in such a short time it is almost impossible to find someone else to fill your spot.


If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before undertaking the session, then it will be free of charge. However, if you cancel an appointment within 48 hours to the appointment starting, then you shall be charged and pay for the session in full. This is because, in a short amount of time, it is very difficult for us to find someone else who can fill the vacancy.

Please note that you may cancel an appointment, by phone (through voicemail, call, or sending a message) or via our online appointment system. (click on the cancellation link that you received on your confirmation e-mail).

Not showing up / absent on the first appointment

If you do not show up on a first appointment without notifying us, then you will not be receiving a new appointment unless you agree to pay for the previous and following appointment.

No medical services

We are hypnotists and not doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists or dietitians unless otherwise specified on the specific profile of the hypnotist. Therefore, we do not provide any medical diagnosis, prescribe medication or provide medical advice, unless the hypnotist is also a licensed medical professional. All hypnotists are knowledgeable in the profession of hypnosis that is known, documented and is regarded as an accepted method.


No therapy offers guarantees. Not everyone reacts the same way to therapy, just as in medicine. No therapist can provide a guarantee. Doing so would be regarded as wrong and unethical. We can only guarantee that we do our best to help the client. But note that part of the work is also expected from the client.


We achieve excellent results; however, we provide a dispute clause in the General Terms and Conditions. In case of dispute, i.e., the dissatisfaction of the client regarding the methods used (or results, see point above), you are not able to sue any of our hypnotists.

After all, hypnosis is considered as a collaboration between the client and the hypnotist. It is therefore clear that the result is very dependent on the motivation and the dedication and the effort of the client. Even if we do our work correctly, and give the right suggestions, we can only achieve good results if the client also takes and applies such suggestions and guidelines.

In the case of dissatisfaction, we can remove all suggestions given. Hypnosis is a mental process, and we can also undo all given input. There is no possibility for the occurrence of any damage, and therefore compensation or reimbursement will not be given.
